Take fresh rose add 2 spoon sugar flower and make paste.

Add roasted rice flour,ghee and mix it well.

Take 1cup white flour,salt,sugar,honey and ghee

Add little water and make a soft dough,keep it side for 15 min.

Take small ball size dough and flat roll it..then fold it..then flat roll it again.

Now make ball..Make a katori and stuff the fresh rose stuffing.

All cake is ready for frying..Now fry it
