Cabbage and tomato soup

Steps

Take cabbage, tomato, onion, garlic and ginger in a pan and add 1 cup water sugar and salt then close the lid and cook it for 15 mins on a low flame

When it gets cool down then grind all the vegetables in a grinder
- 3
Fry garlic in the oil in a same pan lightly, then pour the vegetables paste and add black salt, black pepper, garam masala, cream and lemon juice in it then mix it

Garnish it with bread crutons and butter and serve it hot
