Rub pork with seasoning then Sear all sides of pork in coconut oil until brown.

Add pork, rotel, water, lime juice, remaining seasoning and 1-2 whole peppers to slow cooker. Turn on low, cover and let cook for 6 hours

Pork is done when tender and white all the way through. Remove from pot and shred with fork.

Stir in beans

Warm tortilla shells in microwave for 10-30 seconds.

Spoon 1/4 cup of pork mix into each tortilla and add toppings of your choice
