Gajar matar paneer sabji

Clean the veggies. Chop onions, make a paste of ginger and garlic. Heat butter/oil, add whole garam masala, ginger and garlic paste, onions, saute till golden brown.

Add tomato puree, dry masala and salt. Add the veggies, cover and cook till done.

Add paneer, kasuri methi powder, mix gently. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or parantha.
