Chickpea soup

Soaked the chickpeas overnight and boil them for half an hour.

Take a pan and add a spoon of olive oil in it. Once heated add chopped garlic in it and stir till it turn golden brown. Then add chopped onion in it. Once the onion change colors then add 1 and half chopped tomato in it. Add salt, chilli powder and cumin seed powder to it. Then add boiled chickpeas and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Take a mixing jar and put the cooked chickpea masala in it and grind it till it turn into a smooth paste.

Take a pan and add rest of the olive oil to it. Once heated add the chopped tomato to it and cook it till it gets soft. Then add the chickpeas purée to it. Add the water as required to adjust the quantity of the soup. Let it come to boil and then cook for a couple minutes on medium flame. Switch the flame off and serve soup hot.
