Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall purpose flour(maida)
  2. 11/2fine sugar
  3. 11/2 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 cupoil or butter
  5. 2 tbspcoco powder
  6. 1 tspvinegar
  7. 2 tspmilk powder
  8. 2 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1 kgFor icing-Whip cream
  10. 6kitkat chocolates
  11. 6 packetsgems
  12. As neededRound shape chocolates

    Preheat microwave

    Grease the cake bowl with oil

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add oil and milk powder and powdered sugar and mix well

  4. 4

    Take a sieve add all purpose flour baking soda baking powder coco powder strain them well in a bowl

    Mix well by adding vinegar vanilla essence milk to it with a cut fold method

    Pour the cake batter in cake tin and tap it well to release air bubbles

    Now bake the cake in microwavefor 5 min in micro mode at 900

  8. 8

    Once baked let the cake cool for 1 hour and then cut it with thread in between in two slices

    Then pour the sugar syrup with brush properly at both the slices of cake

  10. 10

    Then whip the cream properly until and unless it get thicken if it so hot then put ice on bowl and then put the cream bowl then whip it with hand blender

    Then spread the cream on cakes slices and put the cream properly with palette and spread it then do icing with different nozzles from ice bag

    Decorate with chocolates and biscuits our cake is ready then put in fridge for some times and then serve it
