Melt the chocolate and butter in a large saucepan over low heat

Meanwhile, beat the eggs and mix them to the sugar

Remove the chocolate from the heat and let it cool down for 5 minutes then add the eggs and sugar mixture

Add the flour and pear pieces simultaneously

Stir the mixture well to incorporate the pear pieces

Butter a cake tin or line it with baking paper, then pour the mixture in
- 7
Place in the oven (thermostat 6/180°C) for 25 minutes. The cake should stay quite soft on the inside so make sure not to overcook!
