  1. 1 cupblack dotted white beans, pre-soaked
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 1 red bell peppers, small size
  4. cumin
  5. black pepper
  6. garlic powder
  7. balsamic vinegar
  8. olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Drain and rinse the black eyed peas (beans)

    Combine the beans, the bell pepper and the onion in a large bowl.

    Add the vinegar, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and oil.

    Serve cold.

I'm the kind of individual that fantasizes about becoming a great cook but doesn't actually get it right every time... I must say I don't get to practice my cooking as often as I wish to. Favorite things to cook: I love cooking stews. Lebanese ones. Once you become acquainted with rice recipes, the rest flows. And I haven't screwed up yet!
