This soup is very easy to prepare and has buttery taste that makes it ideal for a cold night.

In a pan, melt the butter on medium heat then fry the tomato paste in it.

Add the diluted chicken broth and another liter of water to the pan.

When water starts to boil, add in the vermicelli, salt and pepper and let it boil for another 15 minutes.

Remove vermicelli soup from heat and pour into serving bowls. Serve warm.
