  1. 1 cupMaida / All purpose flour
  2. as neededOil
  3. 1/2 litterMilk
  4. as neededSugar
  5. as neededSaffron
  6. 1 tspElaichi powder / Cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In Maida add some water

  2. 2

    Mixed well

  3. 3

    Make small poori deep fry in hot oil

  4. 4

    Heat milk add sugar dissolved

  5. 5

    Add elaichi powder & saffron

  6. 6

    One by one puri dip the milk and serve.
