Method

In a sauce pan put strawberries and sugar and let it cook for 15-20mins on low medium heat mash them a bit but don't make a paste

Remove the sauce from heat and cool them
Chiperize biscuits with butter set in dish and keep in fridge 30 minutes
Pour cream then strawberry 🍓 sauce then again cream garnish with strawberry 🍓
