Linguine with fresh tuna steak

Prep your ingredients. Chop tuna, tomatoes, olives and parsley. Bring pot of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta according to instructions.

Fry garlic in oil for 2 mins or so. Add tuna, then olives, capers and parsley. Stir and cook for 2 mins

Add wine, let it evaporate. Then add tomatoes. Cook for a few mins on medium heat

Sauce should look like this, pasta should be ready to drain. Remove garlic, drain pasta, add to sauce, mix and serve with extra parsley and a drizzle of olive oil :)
