Steps

Take poha in a large bowl, wash 2 or 3 times in water keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add rai curry leaves,chana dal crackle

Add onion saute add ginger and green chilli now Saute once again

Add all spices and salt mix well add capsicum, and green peas mix well.

Add some water cook on low flame 2 or 3 minutes.

Now add poha and peanut stir,and mix well cook on medium flame for 2 minutes add lemon juice mix well sprinkle coriander leaves remove gas flame.

Yummy poha is ready to serve
