Soak the green gram for 3 hours and after soaked Now stir the pulse and remove the remaining 1/2 peel and let it remain. If you do not want peeled then wash and grind with chilli and little bit of water.

Add salt and hing and mix well.

Heat the dosa tava grease with oil and take a full of table spoon dosa mixture and spread round shape like a dosa. Put some oil on it and cook whenever change into golden brown.

Serve with green chutney.
