Mix all the ingredients in a microwave bowl.

Put the bowl in the microwave and micro at high for 2 minutes

Take it out and stir properly with a fork.

Put the bowl again in microwave and micro for another 2 minutes at high.

Take it out and stir again properly.

Again micro for 2 minutes at high.

Take out and stir again.

Put it back again in microwave and micro for another 2 minutes.

The mixture will be thick in this stage.

Take it out and spread the mixture on a greased plate or tray as thin as possible.

After a couple of minutes cut longitudinally into strips.

Fold each strips.

Now heat oil and add mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies.

Pour this tempering on the folded khandvis.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut
