Veggies sauce

Rinse all the veggies and allow to strain in colander.

Slice onions in rings, set aside.
Slices the spring onions and set aside. - 3
Slice the green and red peppers in long lines. Set aside

Dice tomatoes set aside.

In a non stick pot, pour oil enough for frying and allow to warm up. Pour in the onions and allow to fry a little.

Pour the diced tomatoes. Turn with your wooden spoon so it does not burn. Allow to fry.

Add the red pepper. Allow for 2 minuted. Add the spring onions

Lastly add the green peppers and seasoning cubes and salt to taste. It can be served with any meal like rice, bread, beans, yam.
