Finely chop the cauliflower and place it in a bowl.

Add 4 tablespoons of oats, 1 egg, wheat bran, and salt to taste. Mix until you get a dough-like consistency.

Preheat a skillet and lightly brush with oil. Place small balls or patties of the cauliflower mixture in the skillet and cook until golden brown.

Serve with the bread slices as you like. Make a sandwich or burger and add any of the remaining ingredients you prefer. Enjoy!

You can use hamburger buns, sandwich bread, or even two slices of cauliflower as the 'bun'! See photo.
