#myhealthykitchen Oats are an amazing option for breakfast, I love making oats porridge, I add the available seasonal fruits to make them more interesting. Also did I mention this is absolutely sugar free, so a great option for diabetics & weight watchers.

In a pan take oats and dry roast them for 2-5 minutes, then add all the milk and mix well.

Now add chopped dried fig/anjeer and mix well and let the oats cook on a slow flame for 10-12 minutes till the porridge becomes thick.

Once the porridge comes to room temperature take it in a bowl, add diced mangoes on one side & basil seeds on the other and serve.
