Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts (remove the shell)
  2. 1/3 cuproasted til (sesame seeds)
  3. 1/4 cupcoconut powder
  4. 2-3mashed garlic cloves
  5. 1-2chilli
  6. 1 tbschilli powder
  7. 1 tbsgaram masala
  8. Pinchhing
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a blender.Add peanuts in jar and blend it to make a smooth powder. Transfer it in bowl. After that add til in jar and blend it to make smooth powder.Transfer it in bowl.Keep aside.

    Take pre heated pan and add little oil.When oil is hot,add hing,garlic,green chilli, and saute well.Add coconut powder and fry till they get slightly browned.Switch off the flame.

  3. 3

    Add chilli powder,garam masala and mix it well. Let it get cool and then add peanuts and til
    powder and mix it well.Add salt and mix it. Peanut and til chutney is ready.

  4. 4

    NOTE......Take a pan. Add raw peanuts…roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame …transfer it in bowl.
    After that add til,roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame…transfer it in bowl.
