Place a non stick pan of 1tbsp of veg oil under a very low flame

Gradually break the egg directly to the hot oil,do not allow it to scater, and wait till done for 1mins

Sprinkle seasoning and black pepper on I t

Note:do not flip upside down, just leave it like DAT till done

Then serve
