Ingredients

  • 100 gukwaju
  • 4.5 lwater
  • 3/4 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the ukwaju overnight

  2. 2

    Boil the soaked tamarind

  3. 3

    Mix well and let it cool

  4. 4

    Sieve the juice to separate it from the other content

  5. 5

    Add sugar to taste

  6. 6

    Serve over ice cubes in a glass
