Ingredients

2 1/2 cflour
1 1/2 csugar
2 tspbaking powder
250 gbutter/margarine
5eggs
1 cbuttermilk
1 cupcrushed Noreos biscuit (you can substitute with any other)

Steps

Preheat Oven and sift flour with baking powder

Beat butter, add sugar and beat till dissolve
3

Add eggs and beat till well mix
4

Gradually add sifted flour, alternate with buttermilk and then flour again
5

Gradually whisk on low till well incorporated.

Add the crushed biscuit, vanilla flavor and mix.

Pour into to cupcake pan and bake.
