Cold sweet potato kheer
Steps

Peel and mash cooked sweet potato. Crush nuts and keep aside.

Heat ghee into pan and saute sweet potatoes for a min, add 1tbsp of sugar and all dry spices. Mix well and let it cool down completely.

Add this mixture to mixing jar and add chilled milk and add remaining 2tbsp sugar. Churn the mixture for 2-3 min.

Serve chilled or cold.
