Ingredients

  1. Ugwu
  2. Red oil
  3. Onions
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Red bell pepper
  6. Cray fish
  7. Seasoning
  8. Salt
  9. Boiled chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the onions, red bell pepper and scotch bonnet

  2. 2

    In a pot add your red oil, and the grinded pepper, Cray fish and fry

  3. 3

    Add boiled chicken and the stock, seasoning and allow to cook til the stock is almost dry then add the sliced ugwu leaves
