  • Cow meat
  • I big onion
  • 4seasoning cube
  • 4scotch bonnet
  • Pinchsalt
  • Ginger
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the cow meat and put in a pot

  2. 2

    Wash the onion and scotch bonnet

  3. 3

    Place in a blender and blend

  4. 4

    Add the blended onion and scotch bonnet, seasoning cube, salt, ginger and garlic to the washed meat

  5. 5

    Add water and place on a burner to cook for 30 minutes
