Steps

First take all the ingredients given in a mixing bowl,mix boil alu,and grinder the urad dal into a fine paste.

Next,mix all the ingredients like alu,urad dal paste,dhania,ginger garlic green chilli paste,Turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.

Now,mashed and mix properly with all the ingredients,and make a finger shape of urad dal dough,next dip it into the beaten egg,and well coated with the poppy seeds,and keep aside.

Now heat the sufficient oil in a karhai, for a deep fry and fry the cruncy finger urad dal coated and deep fry the finger till it's turn golden brown and cruncy. And keep aside to let it cool.

Tasty urad dal fingers is ready to serve with tea or tomato sauce or chutney. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves,and onion.
