Make batter the carbonated water have to be really cold 🥶 u can have a bucket of ice to keep this thing cool, pour the water in slowly and stir the batter do not pour all in just the right consistency not too lightly not too sticky, keep this thing cold

Heat the oil up 🇺🇸

Dip veggies in both sides I personally do it one by one type do not put like one carrot in and one mushrooms in nuh uh 😤

Fry up

The sauce mix all ingredients in and boil it when it boil put up done ✅
