Ingredients

4 servings
  • 100 gmscoconut grated
  • 2 tsproasted peanuts
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tsproasted gram
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcoriander leave
  • 2 tspcurry leaves
  • 2 tsplime juice

Steps

5 miniutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixture jar,put all things together.

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 cup water grind it.

  3. 3

    Make a smooth batter.

  4. 4

    Remove it from the mixture jar.

  5. 5

    We can also add 2 tsp curd.

  6. 6

    We can Keep it in the fridge for 1 week.

  7. 7

    For freshness every time when use this chuteny add curry leaves or coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    It is an Aromatic chuteny using any time with any food.
