Roast suji on slow flame till light pink

Grind palak,coriander,garlic,chilli,ginger & salt as per taste with little water into fine puree

Keep ready green puree,curd,oil,salt & eno fruit salt

Add green puree in roasted suji first and mix well then add curd,salt as per taste 1& 1/2-tbsp oil little water and lastly add eno fruit salt mix in one direction very fast.

Grease heart shape mould with oil & place in per heated water steamed big kadhai & pour dhokla batter in mould sprinkle chilli flakes on top & steam for 25 minutes.

For chutney grind all Chutney ingredients with little water into fine paste in mixer grinder.

Unmould ready dhokla in plate.for tempering heat small kadai add oil add mustard,sesame,when it crackles add curry leaves,chopped chilli & turn off gas and add hing with spoon pour tempering on dhokla and serve with tasty chutney.
