  1. 250 gramspuff pastry
  2. 1 packetcherry tomatoes
  3. 1 tspthyme

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180 degrees celcius

  2. 2

    Roll out the puff pastry

  3. 3

    Cut cherry tomatoes in half

  4. 4

    In a greased dish add puff pastry and cut into equal pieces

  5. 5

    Add halved tomatoes to each pastry block

  6. 6

    Sprinkle spice over

  7. 7

    Add pastry to a well greased oven dish and add to oven for 30 minutes

  8. 8

    Remove from oven and serve while warm
