Palak kofta curry

Blanch the palak leaves, chop it thin. Now add all the ingredients to make koftas.

Take the ingredients for gravy except coriander leaves and dry masalas. Grind it to a fine paste. Now heat oil and saute the masala till done, then add water and bring it to a boil.

Now make small balls and deep fry the koftas till golden brown.
