Ingredients

  • 2 cupssugar
  • 2 cupsbutter
  • 2 cupmilk(hot)
  • 500 gmsself raising flour
  • 2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the sugar & butter well,with a spatula

  2. 2

    Add the hot milk. Mix well

  3. 3

    Now add the flour with the baking powder. Add in batches

  4. 4

    Mix well.line the papers in a muffin trayBake@160°c for 15-20 mins
