Mixed Herbs Puri

Take wheat flour in one bowl add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and 1 tablespoon oil mix all. Now add water and knead dough. Keep for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now roll small sized puri. Keep frying pan on flame add oil for frying when oil heats up fry puri till golden colour. Serve this tasty puri with tea or any sabji.
