In a cooker,put soya chunks,salt,red chilli powder, 1tsp ginger garlic paste,and 2tsp chopped onion.Bring it to a whistle.let it cool.

In a heavy bottom kadai, put oil,tej patta and ginger garlic paste.

Now fry onions.Add green chillies and red chilli powder.Put boiled soya chunks to it and saute for 2-3mins on sim.

Add tomato puree and all spices.

Next add curd and saute till oil leaves the sides.

Now add boiled rice.Mix orange colour in lemon juice and pour on top of the rice.Toss it nicely.

Serve hot with mint coriander chutney and onions
