This is my own creative recipe. I normally used to make plain custard with fruits and topped with whipped cream then once I thought to change and give a twist so I changed my recipe instead of putting whipped cream i put cream on custard so custard taste more creamy and do layers. Everyone enjoys this dessert of mine 😍

7 tablespoonsugar

Steps

Instruction:
Make the strawberry custard as per the instruction on the packet using all the relevant ingredients.
Once custard is ready take it out in a separate bowl and mix in 150g double cream or heavy cream.
Make strawberry jelly as per instruction.

Layering:
Any cake layer.
Break the jelly in small pieces and add on top of cake.
Add Strawberry custard.
Add fresh Strawberry chunks and chocolate flakes to decorate.
