Ingredients

  • 60 gdigestive biscuits
  • 30 gmelted butter
  • 100 gcream cheese
  • 100 gfirm tofu
  • 100 gplain yogurt
  • 50 gsugar
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 5 ggelatin powder
  • 50 mlhot water
  • 50 mlwhipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend whipping cream, plain yogurt, firm tofu, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice into smooth.

  2. 2

    Dissolve gelatine powder with hot water and pour into the blend mix.

  3. 3

    Continue blending and pour into cake pan.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
