Cut all vegetables in small pieces.

Mix malai in sugi. Now mix all salt and spices in it.

Now mix cutted vegetables in it and make a mixture.

Now paste this mixture on the slice of bread and fry bread on pan.

Now serve it in a finishing plate by decorating it with tomato sauce as shown in figure.
