First of all take a bowl and soak the rice for 1 and half hour then half boil the rice with salt, long and darcheeni. U can add oil 1 spoon for separation of rice (option)

Take 3 eggs and fry them with beater in little pieces

Now Fry chicken with salt until change it's color and add garlic paste in it.

Then add all veggies mentioned in ingredients, soya sauce,Oster sauce, green chillies juice, white papper and zeera and Chinese salt... half fry the veggies

Now add those half boiled rice in it and mix them

Boil 2 eggs and cut into pieces, sprinkle these egg pieces, lemon pieces and leaves of mint on it and cover the lid for 15-20 mint.

Delicious Chinese rice are ready to eat 😋
