Boiled yam, mashed it, grind Peppe, Onion and add, add spices. Then mould it into ball shape and keep a side, break the egg add maggi, chopped onion and whisk, place groundnut oil on fire, bring that moulded yam deep into egg and fry until it turn to brown. Serve
