Peel the yam and cut it into desired shapes, toss with salt and fry until done

In a pan add little oil, sliced onions, scotch bonnet, yellow pepper, and saute for a few minutes

Add little Water and allow to boil

Add in the whisk egg, carrots, seasoning and allow to cook for 5 minutes
