Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh malai / ream
  • 150 gramscottage cheese / paneer
  • 2boiled onion
  • 2boiled tomato puree
  • 3green chilli
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • 1 tea spoonSalt
  • 1/2 tea spoonGaram masala
  • 1 tea spoonSugar
  • 1/2 tea spooncumin seeds
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend tomato and onion separately.

  2. 2

    Make a paste of ginger, garlic.

  3. 3

    Cut the into 1/2"cubes and deep fry for 1 minute. Soak cheese / paneer in water.

  4. 4

    Heat wok and put oil.as the oil heat, put cumin seeds,ginger, garlic paste, onion paste stir for 2 minutes. Now put tomato puree, salt fry paste for 5 minutes.put salt, sugar garam masala malai cheese and mix well.

    Serve with fulka or naan
