This is healthy tava recipe with an iron and fiber rich breakfast.

Collect all ingridents and combine all the ingridents with 3 tsp oil in a deep bowl.

To make soft dough using enough water.

Divide the dough into equal portion. Roll each portion between your palm and press into a circle.

Dip the flattened ball into dry chapati flour and coat well. Roll it gently into a thick circle like paratha.

Place it on a hot tava and cook these dhebra on a medium flame using oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

Serve with pickle, curds, chutney and mango chhunda.
