Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bunch or 2 cups methi/Fenugreek leaves washed and finely chopped
  2. 1 cupBajra flour / millet pearl
  3. 1/4 cupjowar flour / sorghum
  4. 1/4 cupwhole wheat flour
  5. 2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 5-6 tbspcurd
  7. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 3green chilli paste
  9. 2 tbspjaggery/sugar
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tsphaldi powder / turmeric
  12. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  13. 1 tbspfresh garlic leaves
  14. as per requiredOil

    Collect all ingridents and combine all the ingridents with 3 tsp oil in a deep bowl.

    To make soft dough using enough water.

    Divide the dough into equal portion. Roll each portion between your palm and press into a circle.

  4. 4

    Dip the flattened ball into dry chapati flour and coat well. Roll it gently into a thick circle like paratha.

    Place it on a hot tava and cook these dhebra on a medium flame using oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

    Serve with pickle, curds, chutney and mango chhunda.
