Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsPaneer
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Capsicum
  4. handfulMint leaves
  5. handfulCoriander leaves
  6. 4Green chillies
  7. 1½ tspnGinger garlic paste
  8. 4 tspCurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer, onion and capsicum into cube shape

  2. 2

    Then mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic paste,curd grind altogether.

  3. 3

    Transfer the ground paste to another bowl then add the paneer, capsicum and onion mix it well then marinate to 15/20 mins in freezer.

    After 15 mins take from freezer insert into bamboo stick fry in tawa or oven

  5. 5

    Serve it
