Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Pepper, onions, bayleaf, thyme ginger (blended together)
  • cubesSalt, seasoning
  • Yaji

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat with the ingredients, no additional water just allow the meat cook with the water from the blended paste and the water the meat would also release, till it's done.

  2. 2

    When done, sprinkle yaji pepper on it and grill both sides till done. This can be served with anything.
