Take flour n add salt n all ingredients of dough. kneed with warm water. set aside.

Take All vegetables n light fry in oil.

Then mix it with mash potato with addition of all spices

Now take dough n spread it or u may take plain paratha dough for making samosay. Cut in round shape n fill stuff.

Now deep frying..

After frying looks..

Its Ready to eat. Serve with ketchup n mayonaise.
