Ingredients

  • 2 CupsChick Peas (boiled)
  • 1lemon (squeezed)
  • 1/2 CupYoghurt
  • 1/2 CupOlive Oil
  • 1Brinjal (roasted)
  • 1/2 Garlic pods
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast the brinjal,remove the skin and grind together with the other ingredients except water and olive oil

    Grind to a nice creamy spread like by adding little little water while grinding and half of the olive oil

  3. 3

    Spread little olive oil and serve
