Preheat oven to 190degrees. On stove heat your oil and add your tomato and onions. Debone cut and wash your chicken.

Marianate your chicken with the chilie powder, turmeric powder,fine salt and hot sauce. Once onion is brown add the marianated chicken to it.

While it's cooking, create your own peri spice by combining 2 tablespoon cake flour, 1 1/2 powder chicken stock, 1 teaspoon chillie powder, pinch of salt and thyme.

Just before chicken can get fully cooked add your peri spice and mazina/corn flour to the chicken and add milk and black pepper. Mix till a thick sauce forms. Must not be to runny or to thick. Remove from stove and leave to cool.

Roll out pastry on flat surface using cake flour and cut circles, 12 for the base and 12 for the cover. Grease muffin tray or foil with little bit cake flour.Place the circles in foils or directly into muffin trays and fill with chicken peri-peri filling. Cover the pie.

Press the ends down then use a fork to secure the ends. If using foils place it in the muffin tray or any tray and brush with egg.

Turn oven to 150degrees and bake pies till golden brown.
