Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion. After 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste. Saute for approx 7-8 mins.

Now take it out in a plate and keep aside to cool. Make paste of onion.

Heat oil in a pan. Now add chhoti & badi elaichi, tej patta & garam masala. Add onion paste and saute for approx 5 minutes.

Now add dahi, green coriander chutney and food colour as needed. Saute for approx 7-8 minutes.

Add salt, boiled eggs and water as needed and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add Kaju, posta and magaj paste.

Green Masala Egg is ready to serve.

Serve it with Biryani
