Ingredients

  • 1 cupPrawns cleaned and deveined
  • 4 tbspAll purpose flour
  • 4 tbspCorn flour
  • 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspCrushed black pepper
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  • 10 Spicy dry red chillies soak in hot water and grind
  • 2 tablespoonSoya sauce
  • 1Egg beaten
  • 1/4 tablespoonSugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum sliced (optional)

    Marinate prawns with all other ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour then deep fry and serve.
