Cut & wash the spinach thoroughly.

Grind tomatoes, scotch bonnet, red bell pepper & onions. Put palm oil in a pan and add ginger/garlic paste. Fry for a minute and add the kayan miya.

Next add your seasoning then meat, fish and ponmo. Then finally add the spinach. Allow it to simmer for like 5 mins and you aredone. U can pair it with tuwon shinkafa 😋😋😋
